Day 1: Nairobi – Maasai Mara

We pick you on arrival at the Airport for the Masai Mara with stop at the Great Rift Valley. We drive past Longonot and Suswa and on to the Western walls with stopover at Narok for re-fuelling and lunch arriving in the Mara in time for evening game drive in Masai Mara. Dinner and overnight stay at Camp/Lodge.

Day 2: Maasai Mara Game Reserve Game Drives

Two full days spent at the Masai Mara game reserve. Driving across the plains in search of lions, Cheetahs and leopards with picnic lunch served at the Mara River site. Vast herds of wildebeest and zebra wander across the Mara grasslands in huge numbers during this period of the annual migrations take place, when millions of wildebeest, zebra, and gazelle traverse the Mara plains landscape to feed on the rich new grass from the Serengeti. You also have a chance to see other plain game like the Topi, hartebeest, Eland. Dinner and overnight stay at Camp/Lodge.

Day 3: Masai Mara – Lake Nakuru

Early in the morning after breakfast we pack our belongings and leave Masai Mara with game drive en-route. In Nakuru National park we proceed for an extensive game viewing in search of cats in the among the ‘Yellow fever’ acacia trees which are leopards favorite and also on search of Rhino.(Nakuru is the home to the White rhinos and has tens of Black rhinos too. Lake Nakuru National park known for its millions of flamingoes and other water birds like the Pelicans and Cormorants. No wonder Americas finest photographer. …. Once referred to by Roger Tory Peterson as the “greatest bird spectacle in the world” for its seasonally large concentrations of greater and lesser flamingos, Lake Nakuru boasts some 600-bird species. It is also a designated rhino sanctuary, as well as home to other rare wildlife species Diner and overnight at Camp/Lodge.

Day 4: Lake Nakuru – Amboseli

Early in the morning after breakfast we depart Nakuru and proceed to Amboseli National Park via Nairobi We arrive in time for introduction game viewing late in the afternoon, for dinner and overnight stay and on a good day you will be able to see Mount Kilimanjaro. Diner and overnight stay at Camp/Lodge.

Day 5: Amboseli Full Day Game Drive

Morning and afternoon game drives over the park’s dusty roads, you’re likely to spot wildebeest, giraffes, Gazelles, Impala and zebra attracted to the marshes and swamps fed by the melting snows of Kilimanjaro. You may also spot lions on the fringes of the marshes as well as a great variety of birdlife (some 425 species of bird populate the park). With Kilimanjaro providing a dramatic backdrop, your photographs will be stunning with Elephants, which makes Amboseli popular as there in hundreds. Dinner and overnight stay at Camp/Lodge.

Day 6: Amboseli – Arusha national park – Arusha

Early morning depart Amboseli for Arusha via Tarakea border and after immigration formalities proceed to Tanzania side with lunch at Moshi followed by afternoon game drive at Arusha national park Dinner and overnight at Camp/Lodge.

Day 7: Arusha – Serengeti

After breakfast depart Aarush for Serengeti national park arriving in time for lunch, then we have a few hours of leisure and the proceed for evening game drive. Dinner and overnight stay at Camp/Lodge.

Day 8: Serengeti Full Day

Serengeti National Park -a unique experience of the wildebeest’s annual birthing season. It is estimated that wildebeests will deliver new calves in the wilderness of Serengeti plains at the rate of 8,000 newborns a day this season. Serengeti is Tanzania’s oldest and most popular national park, also a world heritage site and recently proclaimed a 7th worldwide wonder the Serengeti is famed for its annual migration, when some six million hooves pound the open plains, as more than 200,000 zebra and 300,000 Thomson’s gazelle join the wildebeest’s trek for fresh grazing. Yet even when the migration is quiet, the Serengeti offers arguably the most scintillating game viewing in Africa: great herds of buffalo, smaller groups of elephant and giraffe, and thousands upon thousands of eland, Topi, Kongoni, impala and Grant’s gazelle. Diner and overnight stay at Camp/Lodge.

Day 9: Serengeti – Ngorongoro

After breakfast you proceed to Ngorongoro Conservation Area descending into the crater for a wonderful game drive (with a picnic lunch) inside the Ngoro Ngoro Crater considered as an UNESCO World Heritage Site. As very few animals migrate in and out of the crater with its 2000 ft. high walls the Ngoro Ngoro Crater has the highest wild animal density worldwide. Among the species are lions, elephants, giraffes, zebras, hippos, flamingos, jackals, rhinos, antelopes, many birds and other species. You might expect to see the ‘Big Five’ in one day.

Day 10: Ngorongoro –Arusha – Nairobi

Depart Ngorongoro after breakfast for Arusha arriving in time for lunch, thereafter connect afternoon shuttle to Nairobi arriving late evening.
